How the label change log works
Hydroxyzine.org monitors official DailyMed metadata for hydroxyzine hydrochloride and hydroxyzine pamoate products. When version numbers, revision dates, or section checksums change, the system queues a human review. Public changelog entries distinguish metadata updates, formatting changes, manufacturer or product listing changes, and substantive label-language changes.
Automation never publishes a clinical interpretation on its own. Until an editor summarizes a change, the log may show that an editorial summary is pending. Related articles can be marked for re-review when a relevant label update is confirmed.
